Description
This Kato EMD SD70M with flat radiators is based on units in service from coast to coast since the 1990s. This ready-to-run diesel features a five-pole motor with dual flywheels, directional LED headlights, highly detailed body, great decoration and Kato knuckle couplers. This version of the SD70M features flat rear radiators used on earlier-production units. These locomotives will be at home on the head end of your railroad’s 1990s and later freight consists. This EMD SD70M is equipped with a DCC decoder for use on DCC layouts, but can also be operated on standard DC layouts, but not in consist with standard DC locos. This EMD SD70M is one of many Kato N Scale diesel locomotives.
