Description
The Kuma-class were the representative Japanese Navy light cruisers of the
Taisho-era. Completed in 1920, she took part in operations around the Aleutian
Islands and the Philippines. This model depicts the ship as she appeared in
1932, with 3 funnels, 8cm DP guns, and a canvas canopy over the bridge.
Degaussing cables and anchors are also sharply recreated. This model would make
a great display with other Kuma-class light cruisers.
