This was a combination pack with Hiiragi Kagami cosplaying as Tohsaka Rin. Their hair and faceplates are interchangeable between one another. This combo pack was available at Winter Wonderfest 2008
Note: This is an early Nendoroid and the hair is not compatible with most Nendoroids without modification
